U.S. Diplomat’s Letter of Resignation
I’m trying to clean out my inbox (yes, again). I have almost 200 messages just sitting there in my inbox… UGH!
Anyway, this is something I’d emailed myself back in May. I don’t remember how I ran across it, but I was just really impressed with this guy’s letter of resignation. (the timing is a little ironic at this point – more on that in another post later)
he was the highest ranking government official to resign over the war in Iraq – and he was a diplomat in Greece! I can’t believe how right-on this guy was at least 5 years ago! (this was published in the NYT in 2003; not sure exactly when it was written)
