Quick Update
AT&T had ’till 7pm last night to get our phone working, and around 6:15 I checked and it was back on.
I was able to cancel Vonage – but only after they’d already shipped the equipment. So I get to ship it back, or if I’m lucky, maybe I can intercept it before DHL delivers and refuse the shipment.
So for now we’re just going to stick with the land line… I’m thinking pretty hard about CallCentric though; I just want to do my homework better this time around.
In other news, my grandmother hasn’t been feeling well. I found out the other day she was in the hospital. They did an electrocardiogram and angioplasty and found some blockage, so they wanted to put a stent in. They weren’t able to do that in the hospital she was in, so they were supposed to discharge her and move her over to another hospital on Wednesday, but she wasn’t feeling well. They ended up just sending her home yesterday… That’s about all I know at the moment.
Looks like we’ll be making a trip to Brownwood this weekend. Keith’s step-mom’s mother passed away recently, so we’re going to visit for moral support.
