Adios Vonage
Trying to cancel Vonage…. Decided I probably rushed into the decision to begin with, in addition to the fact that they lied to me on 2 points, and still (5 days after the order was placed) haven’t shipped the equipment. So I called last night, and [[shocker]] they can’t cancel it right now since it’s still in “Pending Shipping” status. The chick I talked to (btw, I swear it’s the same one that lied to me about fax/voicemail) said I’d have to call back in 24-48 hours to cancel. LOL
I’m still eyeing CallCentric, but after all this BS with Vonage you’d better believe I’m going to do more than just an hour of reading up on the company.
We still have no home phone at the moment, but AT&T is supposed to be coming out today to check the lines, or whatever they do.
