No Go
Well the install has been canceled temporarily. Apparently AT&T doesn’t have my apartment BUILDING set up properly in the system, so when the original order was placed they just stuck whatever apartment did come up (about 300+ off from mine). In order for it to work properly they have to fix the back end system, then put in a new order with the correct information. God only knows how long it will take for them to fix the back end, and then more than likely it will be another few weeks before they can schedule an install. I’m so frustrated right now… trying to be patient and understanding – but I just wasted half a day of PTO.
I’ve got a conference call at 3 for work, but after that I’m going to call and see what I can get for free… Like mom always said, the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
