I’m a Dork
Yeah, I am, and I know it. ;-)
I woke up this morning so excited about our trip to New York that I decided to create a map with all the stuff we might go see while we’re there. We’ve got our “must see” list and “want to see” list, but I thought it might also be helpful to see where things are in relation to everything else so we can plan our days more efficiently. (lol, efficiency on vacation? this isn’t another Gulf Shores gig fo sho!)

I don’t have full details on every landmark (address, phone, hours, admission, etc.) because I already have a 9 page Word document with all that info. ;-)
I kinda wish we weren’t staying so far north now, but oh well – I think we got a good deal at the hostel, and we’ll be getting the unlimited MetroCard for the subway…
In the meantime, last night I was trying to figure out how to keep my tomato plant watered out on the patio without having somebody come do it for me. I filled a gallon milk jug with water and poked a tiny pin hole in it, but that’s not going to get it through 5 days of 90+ degree Texas weather, so I’m going to swing by Calloway’s Nursery this morning.
Oh by the way, today is BLACK TUESDAY. I don’t have to go into work ’till 10:30ish since we’ll be there late… But after about noon (CST) be sure to go to Windows Update (unless your computer is set to automatically do it for you).
